Volumes of textile use and circulation were accounted for Finland in 2012. Current situation was compared with increased collection and reuse or recycling with LCA. Increased circulation of textiles had potential to decrease environmental impacts. Simultaneous development of all value chain processes is required. Changes in the system require the use of policy measures.
