TP53 accumulation alters prognosis of BRCA1 mutation carriers with EOC. BRCA1 carriers with TP53 + tumors had higher risk of recurrence than non-carriers. BRCA1 carriers with TP53 − tumors tended to have longer survival than non-carriers.
