Assessment of the evolution of dominance ratio over burnup in thermal reactors. Study of whole-core PWR and HTR models using MCB5. Use of the Dirac-delta source relaxation method. Dominance ratio tends to increase over burnup in both considered models. The indicator is also prone to presence and position of neutron absorbers.
