The pressure has significant effect in promoting α″-phase formation in TZAV-30 alloy. A TZAV-30 alloy with the ultra-low modulus of 34 GPa is obtained via HPST method. A linear relationship between the moduli and e/a in α″-type Ti alloys is proposed.
