Non polar solvent have higher extract yield. Use of green solvent offer biologically active cyanobacterial extract. Microwave-assisted extraction for high reproducibility and purity of extract. High levels of solvent ratio, temperature and time result in high extract yield. Polar solvent extract shows higher antibacterial activity.
