Compositions and volume fraction of the L21 precipitate were determined. The solubility of Al/Ti in the matrix increases the lattice parameter of the matrix. The enrichment of Fe in the L21 precipitate reduces the lattice parameter. The change in the lattice parameters causes a decrease of the lattice misfit.
