Treating bisphosphonate-related osteonecrosis with PDT and focusing on the infection resolution and bone neoformation. PDT is an alternative treatment for infections that present resistance to antibiotics. Association of PDT with platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) significantly improved the bone healing of patients.
