Optimal dose of chloroquine increased VSL, VCL and VAP of sperm in yellow catfish. Chloroquine could improve sperm motility and fertilization efficiency in yellow catfish. Chloroquine regulates sperm motility by activating many signaling pathways including PI3K-AKT.
