A parametric study is conducted on OSPMHSs with Al2O3/water nanofluid. Geometrical parameters have significant effect on performance of OSPMHS. Lowest convective thermal resistances are obtained for OSPMHS with t = 1 mm. Nanofluids enhance both thermal performance and pressure drop in OSPMHSs.
