Order Tracking of Wind Power Gearbox Vibration Signal Based on SVD Noise Reduction and IFE

In order to suppress the EMD error generated by the noise and the order tracking more accurately, the SVD noise reduction method and order analysis method based on instantaneous frequency estimation are combined together. First, the phase space reconstruction and SVD noise reduction method is applied to the wind power gearbox vibration signal. Then the Hilbert - Huang transform is used to the ecompose original signal into several single components and are analytical derivation. Instantaneous frequency is obtained to estimate the reference shaft speed. The Phase time scale is calculated for the angular domain resample. Finally, the angle domain signal is used for order analysis. The analysis of simulation signal and the actual gearbox signal in the laboratory show that the method can diagnose wind power gearbox failure effectively.
