Photoluminescence properties and thermal stability of Eu2+ and Mn2+ co-doped BaSi3O4N2 phosphors

Mn2+ and Eu2+ codoped BaSi3O4N2 phosphors were synthesized successfully.

BaSi3O4N2:0.06Eu2+, 0.06Mn2+ phosphor exhibits 60% QE.

The assembled LED exhibits a high CRI (98) and a similar solar emission spectrum.

The PL intensity of Eu2+, Mn2+ phosphor can remain 92% up to 200 °C.
