Global and Regional PiB SUVR for prediction of Aβ pathology were not different. Global PiB SUVR differentiated AD neuropathologic change levels, as well. The substrate-specific binding of PiB might differ among the brain specific regions. Regional PiB signal was dominated by neuritic plaques. CAA was associated with PiB SUVR in the inferior temporal and calcarine region.
