The Zn(n,γ) reaction was studied using natural Zn and enriched 70Zn targets. Cross sections for thermal and epithermal neutrons were measured for 64,68,70Zn. New cross section values were determined for captures leading to 71gZn and 71mZn. High-resolution γ spectrometry of the 71mZn decay produced a new set of energies and intensities. Energies and beta intensities were deduced for the 71Ga levels.
