Structure evolution of Ca[(AlxGa0.5-xNb0.5)0.5Ti0.5]O3 ceramics was investigated. Subdued octahedral tilting with Al-substitution was determined. Low-loss, temperature-stable dielectric ceramics (εr ≥ 50) were obtained.
