A dual-potential electrochemiluminescence ratiometric sensor for sensitive detection of dopamine based on graphene-CdTe quantum dots and self-enhanced Ru(II) complex
CdTe QDs/O2 system and self-enhanced Ru complexes were introduced into the ECL ratiometric assay. A novel two coreatants based dual-potential ECL system was constructed. The dual quenching effect of Cu2O and the ECL-RET from G-CdTe QDs to TAEA-Ru endowed the sensor a high sensitivity. This strategy revealed a great attraction for designing ECL ratiometry for the detection of biological small molecule.
