After SRV, complex fracture networks can be generated. To lighten the burden of numerical computation work, a novel free-simulator approach was proposed. Effects of fracture networks properties on behavior of shale gas VFNW were discussed in detail. This work provided a novel respective on performance forecast on vertical wells with fracture networks
