Al2O3 was deposited on T-ZnO via atomic layer deposition (ALD). The amount of Al2O3 can be controlled precisely by ALD cycles. Al2O3 will introduce surface defects and improve their FE properties. Post-annealing treatment leads to incorporation of Al into ZnO.
