Method of yeast supplementation with Se and Zn to obtain bioplexes is proposed. Ions concentration and their mutual interactions affect accumulation in cells. TEM-EDS was used for visualization of S. cerevisiae cells. Areas of increased concentration of Se and Zn ions inside cells are presented.
