Testosterone promotes haploid spermatozoa in in vitro culture. This optimizes in vitro activated methods for goat oocytes injected with round spermatids. Activation before and after ROSI and electrofusion has the advantage of increasing the rate of embryonic development. Embryos in the morulae stage expressed GFP protein through microinjection of GFP-positive haploid cells.
