The CDs@Eu/GMP was constructed by assembling Eu3+ and GMP on CDs’ surface.
A ratiometric fluorescent nanosensor for DPA is developed based on CDs@Eu/GMP for the first time.
The CDs was used as a non-interfering internal calibration and Eu/GMP acted as probe.
The nanosensor showed the range of 25 nM–5.0 μM with a detection limit of 5.1 nM for DPA detection.
The nanosensor could be used to determine DPA in real serum samples.
