SMG1-F278N was covalently immobilized onto a novel epoxy resin ECR8285.

The immobilized SMG1-F278N improved their performance in wider ranges of pH and temperature.

Thermostability of SMG1-F278N was significantly improved after immobilization.

High yield (79%) of partial glycerides was obtained by immobilized SMG1-F278N-catalyzed esterification of glycerol and oleic acids.

The immobilized SMG1-F278N kept 98% of its initial activity after being used for 7 cycles.
