S/Te co-doping in tetragonal FeSe with unchanged lattice parameters: Effects on superconductivity and electronic structure

Two co-doped FeSe superconductors with unchanged lattice parameters were synthesized. The superconductivity in the doped samples is enhanced, compared with FeSe. Though the unchanged lattice, DOS near Fermi level is increased in these two samples. The carrier concentrations in the doped compounds are also larger than that of FeSe.
