The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of Cylicocyclus nassatus was determined. Phylogenetic analyses revealed that genus Cylicocyclus is closer to Triodontophorus than Strongylus. The mitochondrial genome sequences of C. nassatus will be a new and useful genetic marker.
