LLE of (PEGDME250 + choline + water) system was surveyed at different temperatures. Binodal data were fitted with two temperature dependent semi-empirical equations. Othmer-Tobias and Bancraft, and Setschenow equations were used to fit tie-lines. Performance of this aqueous two phase system for acetaminophen separation was studied. The acetaminophen partition coefficients data were correlated by Diamond-Hsu equation.
