The IMN-2 and IMN-3 with intermediate channel width yield higher htp at moderate to high heat fluxes. The pressure drop declines distinctly with the increment of channel width. The IMN-2 with the channel width of 0.4 mm significantly suppresses the two-phase instability. The htp changes in line with the flow pattern transition from nucleate to convective boiling.
