Activation of β2AR attenuates memory deficits in APP/PS1 mice. Activation of β2AR promotes dendrite ramification and spine generation in hippocampus. Activation of β2AR reduces Aβ accumulation in APP/PS1 mice. Knockdown of β2AR by siRNA in primary hippocampal neurons impairs dendrite ramification and spine generation.
