Green synthesis of palladium nanoparticles using carboxymethyl cellulose. The synthesis of palladium nanoparticles were performed easily. Carboxymethyl cellulose acts as both reducing and stabilization agents. The as-synthesized palladium nanoparticles show excellent catalytic activity.
