The effect of EGCG3’’Me on high fat diet-induced obesity was investigated by high-throughput sequencing with HFA mice model. EGCG3’’Me showed dramatically effects on the relative abundance of the dominant taxa at the phylum, family and genus levels. EGCG3’’Me showed prebiotic-like activity and may be used as a functional food component for preventing gut dysbiosis.
