Adsorption of anionic food dyes on hydrophobic adsorbent – Diasorb-C16 was studied. The distribution coefficients for the adsorbent regarding dyes were calculated. The methods for the sorption-spectroscopic determination of dyes were developed. These methods were applied for the analysis of beverages and pharmaceuticals.
