Identification of Cd-induced differentially expressed miRNAs of two water spinach cultivars differed in Cd accumulation. With the help of bioinformatics tools, the differentially expressed miRNAs were identified and sorted into 3 groups. The distinct roles of differentially expressed miRNAs contribute to the cultivar difference in Cd accumulation abilities.
