The mucin 1 protein, as a tumor marker, is present in a variety of malignant tumors. Therefore, the sensitive and specific detection of mucin 1 has great significance for early cancer diagnoses. Report a novel technique of Immuno-Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification for the rapid quantitative detection of MUC-1 with high sensitivity (120 MUC-1 molecules by calculation) and specificity. Finally, this approach is also successfully applied in the analysis of human blood serum samples. It also lays the foundation for the early diagnosis of different types of low-abundance cancer biomarkers.
