A novel solid digestate-derived biochar-Cu NP composite activating H2O2 system for simultaneous adsorption and degradation of tetracycline

This study presented a novel solid digestate-derived biochar-Cu NP composite. The dispersive Cu NPs on biochar facilitated the decomposition of H2O2. Tetracycline was nearly completely removed in both the liquid and solid phases. OH was generated from the released Cu species and FRs in biochar activation of H2O2.
