Network-induced time delays and data dropouts are considered simultaneously.

Kalman–Yakubovich–Popov lemma is generalized to discrete Markovian jump systems.

A finite frequency H/H fault detection filter is designed.

Actuator faults with small magnitudes can also be detected by the proposed filter.
