Synergistic action of Rhodamine B (RhB), visible light, H2O2 and s-Fe0 is essential. The complexes of RhB and Fe3+ eject one electron via ligand-to-metal charge-transfer. RhB assists the photo-Fenton-like removal of tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBPA).
