Leukoencephalopathy with calcifications and cysts (LCC) is a rare disease. And we present cases with adult LCC and discuss previously described entities in relevant literature.

Genetic analysis is important for LCC diagnosis, and biopsy might not be necessary in LCC diagnosis.

We propose a diagnostic flow chart for neuroimaging with leukoencephalopathy, cerebral calcification and cysts.
