BackgroundThe aim of our study was to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended dose (RD) of nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel (nab-paclitaxel) plus carboplatin in combination with thoracic radiotherapy for patients with locally advanced stage III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
