PurposePreoperative chemoradiotherapy (CRT) is a novel, emerging treatment strategy for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC), but it remains unclear whether post-surgery adjuvant chemotherapy is feasible following preoperative CRT. This retrospective study evaluates the feasibility of adjuvant therapy after preoperative CRT.
