Purpose To evaluate the diagnostic performance of diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) and gadoxetic acid-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) to differentiate colorectal liver metastasis (CRLM) with complete pathologic response from those with incomplete response in patients treated with preoperative chemotherapy.
