Purpose The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of fecal extended-spectrum 尾-lactamase-producing Escherichia coli (ESBL-EC) colonization for bloodstream infection (BSI), clinical outcome, and costs in patients with hematologic malignancies (HM) and severe neutropenia.
