Background Inflammation-based prognostic scores have prognostic value in several kinds of cancer. However, little is known about their value in perihilar cholangiocarcinoma. We evaluated whether inflammation-based prognostic scores are associated with survival of patients with perihilar cholangiocarcinoma.
