Objective The purpose of this study was to identify the common time point to achieve hydroxylation index (HI: omeprazole plasma concentration/5-hydroxyomeprazole plasma concentration) reflecting AUC_OPZ/AUC_5OH-OPZ after intravenous (IV) and oral (PO) administration.
