With the dramatic growth of the older population "71.5 million and representing nearly 20 percent of the total U.S.Population on 2030,according to the U.S.Census Bureau,July 1,2006,Population Estimates",there is an Increasing need for Trained mental health professionals and also well defined and efficient psychological interventions and Psychotherapy Models that are more specific to this population. This Study Investigates and proposed a theoretical model of treatment in seven stages to increase Internal Health Locus Of Control IHLOC),in older adult population. The Quantitative and Qualitative information gathered from the Expert Panel three licensed clinical psychologists who primarily worked with elderly patients) evaluation,using a 1 to 5 Point Likert Rating Scale Questionnaire 1 for being the lowest score STRONGLY DISAGREE,and 5 for being the highest score STRONGLY AGREE),validated the treatment model,and also provided suggestions for improvement.
