摘要
It is well-known that the electrical steel of 6.5% Si has applications such as on making of high- frequency transformer due to its high electrical resistivity,low core losses,near zero magnetostriction,and high permeability.The electrical steel of 6.5 0-10 Si was prepared by composite plating,which was done by plating a Fe- Si coating onto electrical steel.The plating bath was composed of the silicon particles( 1μm) and Fe2+ plating bath as : FeCl2.4H2O(250 -450 g/L),NaCl(5 - 30 g/L),MnC12 (5 - 20 g/L),H3BO3 ( 10 - 20 g/L),KI( 10 - 20 g/L) and plating additive( 1 - 5 g/L).The silicon particles suspended in plating bath.The anodic metal is pure iron with dimensions 70 mm × 55 mm × 0.1 mm.The cathode metal was electrical steel sheet with same size.The samples divided into two groups to determine the optimum current density and agitation speed of mechanical agitator by single factor experiment.One was finished at different current density ( 15,20,25 A · dm2) with agitation speed of 200 n · din-1;the other group had different agitation speed ( 100,200,300 n · din -1) with current density of 20 A · dm-2.In addition,the coatings were analyzed by chemical analysis,XRD.Stereo Microscope and scanning electron microscope( SEM).
