Research on optimization of solid waste during sintering process and its application in Shougang Jingtang

摘要
Making full use of solid waste of steel is significant for energy-saving emission reduction,development of low-carbon production and circulation economy.Based on studying properties of various industrial solid wastes in the iron and steel enterprise,the use of solid waste was optimized.Firstly,basic tests were carried out to a variety of solid waste used for sintering,including chemical composition,fine-grained balling,calorific value of fuel,holding time at high temperature,and the sintering pot test.Based on the test results,the current ratio conditions are suitable for sintering in Jingtang respectively : waste steel slag : 2.5 %,tin : 2%,environmental dust ash :2%,cyclone ash :1%,dry ash :0,sintering electric ash :0;in fuel structure,coking dust < 15%,coarse coke < 15 %.Compared with 2011,solid waste ratio used in 2012 didn ' t change apparently,while the hazard effect of solid waste on sintering and blast furnace greatly reduced,to meet the requirements of blast furnace material,and to create benefits,in the meantime contributing for resource reduction and cycle & clean economy development.
