摘要
During sintering process, the formation and fluidity of the liquid phase on sinter quality plays a crucial role in determining quality of sinter ore,and as an important component,Mgo affects liquidus of CaO-Si02- Fe203 ( Fe304 ) system. In this paper, the effect of Mgo on the high temperature properties of sinter ore were investigated with the help of sintering basic characteristics equipment and confocal scanning lasering microscopy ( CSLM).Measurement of effect of Mgo in sintering mixture on sintering basic characteristics was carried out according to Shougang Jingtang blended ore,and then CSLM was further used for high temperature in situ observation to study the effect of reducing the Mgo containing flux on high temperature properties of sinter mixture. It can be found that,as Mgo content of mixture decreased from 2.3 0-10 t0 0.3 0-10,fluidity index increases from 0.7 t0 1.9 levels;when ratio of limestone and dolomite varied from l: I t0 2: I and 3: I,liquid phase fluidity increased at first and then decreased.Based on the basic research, aiming at Jingtang materials, sinter pot test of reducing the Mgo was carried out, with the results showing that current Mgo content in sinter should be control at 1.5 qo - 1.7 qo.Finally, the industrial test of descending Mgo of sinter ore was conducted : as Mgo content in sinter decreased from 2.00% down t0 1.60% levels, the sinter quality of Shougang Jingtang improved.
