摘要
目的分析MRI诊断对于手腕部类风湿性关节炎的诊断价值。方法将我院收治的手腕部类风湿性关节炎患者108例为研究对象,以上患者均已确诊,观察患者的MRI检查中各类征象以及其诊断作用。结果 108例患者中,在以对称性滑膜强化或增厚为诊断依据时,其诊断灵敏度为85.2%、特异度为86.4%、准确性为85.5%。结论 MRI检查可以作为手腕部类风湿性关节炎的早期诊断标准,能较好分辨出类风湿性关节炎。
        Objective To analyze the role of MRI in diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis in wrist. Methods 108 patients who were confirmed with rheumatoid arthritis in wrist and treated in Kailuan General Hospital were selected for study. All kinds of signs produced during MRI scan of the patients and their effects on diagnosis were observed.Results Among the 108 patients, the sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the diagnosis were 85.2%, 86.4% and 85.5% respectively when the diagnosis was based on the enhancement or thickening of symmetry synovium. Conclusion MRI scan results can distinguish rheumatoid arthritis clearly, and therefore they can be used as the diagnosis criteria of early rheumatoid arthritis in wrist.
