微辐射伽玛射线技术检测焊缝的应用研究

摘要
射线探伤是焊接质量控制、检测焊缝内部缺陷的常用方法之一,但往往由于需要较大的辐射防护区域导致其应用受限。微辐射伽玛射线技术能显著缩小辐射防护距离,在施工现场可以与其他工种同时作业。为此,对微辐射伽玛射线技术原理、工艺等进行了分析和验证,并通过现场实践证明了该技术安全可靠、可以灵活应用,有助于提高检测效率、缩短检测工期。
        X-ray flaw detection is one of the common methods to control welding quality and detect internal defects of weld,but its application is often limited because of the need for a large radiation protection area. Micro-radiation gamma-ray technology can significantly reduce the radiation protection distance, and can work at the same time with other types of work in the construction site. In this paper, the principle and technology of micro-radiation gamma-ray technology are analyzed and verified. Through field practice, it is proved that the technology is safe, reliable and flexible, which is helpful to improve the detection efficiency and shorten the detection period.
