母鸽血清中谷氨酰胺含量与生产性能关系的试验研究

摘要
本试验旨在研究母鸽饲粮中添加不同剂量谷氨酰胺(Gln)对母鸽月产蛋数、孵化率、乳鸽数的影响,并测定母鸽产蛋后不同时间段内血清中的Gln值。试验分为4组,每组100对种鸽,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组每天分别饲喂0.1、0.2、0.3 g/d的Gln,对照组饲喂基础饲粮。生产模式各组均为自然孵化。试验结果表明:在同一组不同产蛋时间段内,Ⅰ组母鸽血清Gln值产蛋后17 d较产蛋后1 d提高26.18%(P <0.01);Ⅱ组产蛋后17 d较产蛋后8 d降低18.01%(P <0.05);Ⅲ组和对照组产蛋后各时间段差异不显著(P> 0.05)。其生产性能上,Ⅰ组母鸽月产蛋总数较对照组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组提高16.7%(P <0.01)、22.5%(P <0.01)、17.1%(P <0.01)。Ⅰ组母鸽月孵化率较对照组、Ⅱ组提高8.7%(P <0.01)、8.2%(P <0.01),Ⅲ组较对照组、Ⅱ组提高8.8%(P <0.01)、8.3%(P <0.01)。Ⅰ组母鸽月产乳鸽数较对照组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组提高25.9%(P <0.01)、32.7%(P <0.01)、17.3%(P <0.01),Ⅱ组较对照组、Ⅲ组降低4.9%(P <0.05)、11.4%(P <0.01);Ⅲ组较对照组提高了7.3%(P <0.01)。产双蛋、单蛋及间歇产蛋母鸽血清Gln值进行对比分析表明,母鸽只在产第1枚蛋后血清Gln与产蛋相关,产双蛋Gln值[(3.12±0.24)mmol/L]为正常生产值,Gln值高于2.89mmol/L(3.12-0.24=2.89 mmol/L)的可以在48 h内产第2枚蛋。综上,母鸽血清中Gln的含量与其生产性能有关,在饲料中添加一定量的Gln,可改善肉种鸽的生产性能,每只种鸽每日添加Gln 0.1 g最佳。
        The purpose of this experiment was to study the effect of glutamine(Gln) supplementation on the number of eggs,hatching rate and squab numbers produced by female pigeons on monthly.Gln content in serum of female pigeons was determined at different time point after laying eggs.The experiment pigeons were divided into four groups and each group contained 100 pairs of breeding pigeons, the groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were fed 0.1,0.2 g/d and 0.3 g/d of Gln,the control group was given basic diet.The production model for all group was natural hatching.The results showed that in the same set of different egg production periods,in group I,the serum Gln value in 17 days after laying was 13.5% higher than 1 day after laying(P < 0.01);in group Ⅱ,the serum Gln value in 17 days after laying was 19.5% lower than 8 day after laying(P < 0.05);the serum Gln values in group Ⅲ and the control group were not significantly different(P > 0.05). For the monthly performance,the total number of eggs in group Ⅰ was 16.7%,22.5% and 17.1% higher than those in control group,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ(P < 0.01). For the hatching rate,group Ⅰ was 8.7% and 8.2% higher than that in control group and group Ⅱ(P < 0.01),while group Ⅲ was 8.8% and 8.3% higher than that in control group and group Ⅱ(P < 0.01). The squab numbers,in group Ⅰ was 25.9%,32.7% and 17.3% higher than those in control group,group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ(P < 0.01),in group Ⅱ was 4.9%(P < 0.05),11.4%(P < 0.01) lower than those in control group,and group Ⅲ,in group Ⅲ was 7.3% higher than in control group(P < 0.01).The serum Gln values for pigeons laying single egg,double eggs and intermittently laying eggs were compared and analyzed,and it was found that the serum Gln was associated with egg production only after the first egg was laid. For pigeons laying double eggs,Gln value was(3.12+0.24)mmol/L,which was the normal production value,the Gln value was greater than 2.89 mmol/L(3.12-0.24=2.89 mmol/L),it could lay a second egg within 48 hours. The results showed that the content of Gln in serum of female pigeon was related to its production performance,and adding a certain amount of Gln into the feed could improve the production performance of meat breeding pigeons,and adding 0.1 g Gln for breeding pigeons every day was the best.
