摘要
阐述了光纤传输系统研究进展推动光纤类型与性能的演进。在强调光纤性能研究内容后,着重描述了光纤性能特点及其系统应用。最后,列举了超低损耗大有效面积单模光纤和多芯单模光纤实现超大容量传输实验实例。
This letter firstly describes optical fiber transmission systems research progress to drive kinds and properties development of single-mode optical fiber. After single mode optical fiber research content are proposed, the kinds and properties of single mode optical fibers are presented. At last, some applications are cited as well for ultra-low loss-large effective area single mode optical fiber and multi-cores single mode optical fibers.
