独立学院学生跨专业考研的原因及利弊分析

独立学院学生跨专业考研日益成为一种风气,其原因在于不断攀升的学历要求,使独立学院的学生处于就业的弱势,独立学院人才培养目标与学生求学愿望之间存在一定差距,学生有追求个人成长的心理需求。独立学院学生跨专业考研的优势在于独立学院逐步形成的跨专业考研学习团队的互助气氛、学校课程设置丰富、学生自主学习时间的充分保证以及专业的教研优势;其弊端为学生学习精力不当的分配、"跨考"失败影响就业、跨专业基础薄弱、后续学习难度大。
Interdisciplinary postgraduate entrance examination of students in independent college is becoming a trend. The reason for this lies in the rising requirements for higher academic degrees, which makes students in independent college into a disadvantaged position in employment, the gap between talent training objectives in independent college and students' desire to study, and the psychological needs of students in pursuit of personal growth. The advantages of interdisciplinary postgraduate entrance examination of students in independent college lie in the mutual help atmosphere from the learning team for the cross-specialty postgraduate entrance examination gradually formed in independent college, the rich curriculum setting, the sufficient guarantee of students' self-study time and the professional teaching and research. The disadvantages are the improper allocation of students' learning energy, the influence of the failure of cross-specialty examination on employment, the weak foundation of cross specialty and the difficulty in the follow-up study.
